Addresses up to 64 devices with 6 address lines.
Supplies 4MHz clock signal.
To send CPU to I/O wait mode, hold _WAIT low.
_IORD and _IOWR are active low READ/WRITE signals (_IOREQ OR _RD / _IOREQ OR _RD).
